Refund and cancellation policy

What you pay for

Payments are for the month ahead.

No refunds

We do not give refunds:

• for part of a month;
• for lowering the number of channels;
• after you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing. Nova keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.

Adding channels mid-month

If you raise the number of channels during the month, we charge you pro rata, only for the rest of that month.
