Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Mouline, Ltd., a Delaware corporation (Delaware file number 10764015), 24a Trolley Square #1186, Wilmington, DE 19806-3334, USA (“Mouline”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

The service

Nova is a Slack app: an AI agent that works in your Slack workspace. Mouline hosts and runs it for you.

Your account

The person who installs Nova becomes the admin for that Slack workspace. By installing Nova, they accept these terms on behalf of their organisation.

Your own Anthropic key

Nova uses an Anthropic API key that you provide. You pay Anthropic directly for that usage, under your own agreement with Anthropic. Mouline is not responsible for Anthropic's charges.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days from Nova's first answer in your workspace, for up to 3 channels and 10 users. You can earn extra working days, up to 30, by trying Nova's features. Our operators may extend a trial. If the trial ends and you have not chosen a plan, Nova stops working in your workspace.

Business plan

• The price is $10 per channel per month, in US dollars, from 1 channel.
• We bill monthly in advance, by card, through Stripe.
• If you raise the number of channels, we charge the difference straight away, pro rata for the rest of the month.
• If you lower the number of channels, the change takes effect at your next renewal.

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is provided under a separate written agreement.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Nova's Settings, under Manage billing. Nova keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. See our Refund policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Nova pauses until the payment succeeds.

Your data after blocking or cancelling

If your workspace is blocked or you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days and then delete it. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Nova for anything unlawful;
• try to break the isolation between workspaces;
• abuse the service, or use it to infringe other people's rights.

We may suspend your workspace if you break these rules.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You give Mouline the rights we need to run the service for you.

No warranty

We provide the service “as is”. Nova is an AI agent and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what she does.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

Changes to these terms

We post any changes on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts of Delaware decide any dispute.
